Referral Policy

KARM, the mobile app that rewards you for connecting with others and finding job opportunities.

At KARM, we believe that the best way to grow our user base is through word-of-mouth recommendations. To show our appreciation for our users' support, we have created a referral program that rewards both you and your friends for spreading the word about our app.

KARM offers a referral program to reward current/existing users for inviting their friends and family to join the app. For every successful referral, the current/existing user will receive 200 coins, (equivalent to $2)

To participate in the referral program, current/existing users must share their unique referral link or code with their friends and family. The referral link/code can be found in the current/existing user's account settings within the app. A successful referral is defined as a new user who downloads the app using the referral link/code and completes a qualifying action, such as signing up for an account.

1. Referral Coins:

1. When a new user signs up for the KARM application through a valid referral link, they will receive 1000 coins (equivalent to $10) in their KARM account once they successfully complete the registration process.
2. For every subsequent referral, the referrer will receive 20 coins (equivalent to $0.20) in their KARM account once the referred user successfully completes the registration process.

2. SwipeR (Swipe Right) Coin:

1. KARM offers a SwipeR (Swipe Right) Coin incentive, where users can earn up to 5 coins (equivalent to 5 cents) for every eligible right swipe, review, and job search.
2. Eligible Right Swipe is defined as : just one, single unique right swipe from one IP Address for a job which has not expired. Multiple Swipe for the same job, will not be considered as a valid SwipeR.

3. Referral Limit:

1. Referrers can refer an unlimited number of users and earn 20 coins (equivalent to $0.20) for each successful referral.

4. Total KARM Coin

1. Total KARM Coin is defined as the total accumulation or addition of the Referral Coins and Swipe R Coins

5. Total KARM COIN Limit:

1. Users can accumulate Total KARM Coins  (up to a maximum of 5000 Coins (equivalent to $50) in their KARM account before redeeming them.

6. Redemption Process:

1. Users can redeem their referral coins as follows:

• The Total KARM Coins can be redeemed in the form of checks or gift cards, at the discretion of the company.
• Total KARM Coins cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for any other form of compensation.
• Redemption options may be subject to change at KARM's discretion.
• Payment will be processed within 30 days of the request.
• All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise set forth in the policy.

7. Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for referral bonuses, the referred user must:

• Sign up for KARM using a valid referral link.
• Successfully complete the registration process.
• To be eligible for the referral program, the referred user must be a new user who has not previously signed up for the application.

8. Disqualification:

1. KARM reserves the right to disqualify any users or referrers involved in fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the referral program.
2. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program or Swipe R policy, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using fake referral links, or using AI or bots for swiping right, may result in disqualification from the program and termination of the user's account.
3. If Any user decides to delete/disable their account, all their points will be lapsed from that moment, and they will be out of the Referral Program.

9. Changes to the Referral Policy:

1. KARM reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

By participating in the KARM referral program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Referral Policy. KARM reserves the right to make changes to this policy, so please review it periodically to stay informed about any updates.

Please note that KARM reserves the right to adjust or cancel the referral program at any time, and any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the referral program may result in the forfeiture of earned points and/or termination of the user's account.
